Digital Delivery Only
At present, the Kinu Studio store offers digital products only. No physical shipment is included with a Kinu Studio digital order; accordingly, there are no shipping charges, carrier deliveries, tracking numbers, customs fees, or lost parcels.
How Your Digital Order Is Delivered
After successful payment, your files will be made available for download through the delivery method shown at checkout. Depending on the order flow, access may be provided on the confirmation page, by email to the address entered at checkout, or both.
Kinu Studio digital products, including templates, reference cards, colour palettes, and guides, are supplied in digital formats such as PDF and PNG. In most cases, access is available immediately and you can begin creating within approximately 10 minutes of purchase.
Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is accurate and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see a delivery email. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout.
Download or Access Issues
If you cannot access, open, or download your files, contact us at info@kinustudio.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
No Physical Materials Included
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase does not include fabric, tools, foam board, printing, frames, or any other physical crafting materials. These items are the customer’s responsibility to source separately.
