Refund Policy for Digital Products
At Kinu Studio, we want you to feel confident choosing a creative project. For that reason, eligible purchases of our digital products, including the Kinusaiga Maker’s Collection, are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@kinustudio.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so that we can locate your order.
If your request is eligible, we will process the refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exceptions
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
•Late requests. We cannot process requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
•Repeat refund requests. If you have previously received a refund from Kinu Studio and later repurchase the same or a different Kinu Studio product, you will not be eligible for an additional refund.
•Misuse of digital content. Refunds will not be issued where templates, guides, reference cards, or other digital files have been shared, redistributed, resold, made publicly available, or otherwise used in breach of our Terms of Service or intellectual-property rights.
•Active payment disputes. If you have already opened a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for the same order, we cannot process a simultaneous refund request.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
